Can we whitelist Fluid services by IP address?

No. Fluid does not provide or guarantee fixed IPs due to Azure’s dynamic infrastructure. Always whitelist domains instead.

Work with your IT security team to:

• Allow *.fluid.work and your dedicated URL (your-customername.fluid.work) in firewalls, proxies, and mail gateways.

• Ensure SSL/TLS inspection proxies properly handle secure traffic.

• Verify both inbound and outbound connections to these domains.
