Users with a Collaborator license type have a range of capabilities within Fluid. They can efficiently update project and meeting actions, and actively create new actions to drive progress. As members of specific meetings, they can access and engage in relevant discussions. They can create boards, and workhubs and be added as members, to collaborate with the different teams on tasks and actions.
However, they are not able to assume meeting or project management roles. Additionally, they do not have visibility into project financials, resourcing or dashboards beyond what they have been assigned to.
For organisations using the Fluid timesheeting functionality, a Collaborator licence (or Business licence) is required to submit timesheets.
This collaborator license strikes a balance between granting necessary permissions for active yet limited participation while ensuring certain restrictions to maintain project integrity and confidentiality.
