Use global themes to tag your content and give it more insight. Content tagging also helps you structure your content,  making it easier to find, manage and analyse. 

Global themes are available to all users on your application. They can be used to tag actions, meeting notes, etc. You can create as many themes as you need to make content relevant to your business. 

To access Global Themes, navigate to Administration Console from the drop-down menu under your Avatar.

Navigate to the Data Administration section of the administration console page and select Global Themes.

You will be presented with the following page.


To add a new global theme, click on the Add New button. You will then be asked to enter the name of the new theme and to select a colour to make the theme easier to recognise.
