Content indexing
Referencing a meeting item has become easier with the addition of the item number displayed on the right hand side of the content.

Content ordering
Meeting items can now be re-ordered - just drag the item you want to move.

• you can re-order top-level meeting items

• or re-order the sub-items of a same agenda
  

Setting content type with / command
The / command sets the meeting item type immediately after the type is selected and the command text is then removed from the item title therefore no longer pulling through to the PDF minutes.

Content theme
You can add a theme to a meeting item by either using #command in the content title or by opening the Advance Dialog.

Content formatting
Use hot keys to format the content as your type. The hot key help can be found at the bottom right os the meeting page.

Content description
Click on the description icon to open a rich editor and add a description using tables, images, links, etc.

Decision status
You can now use the meeting item advanced dialog to set the assignee decision status while editing a decision
