The Project Impacts file includes the details of all impacts (dependencies, risks, issues, changes, lessons learned and relationships) that have been reported for the project.
The report also includes the impact custom properties that have been set to reportable.
Note that the Project Impacts export file does not roll up the impacts from the sub-projects.

Activity | The project name. |
ActivityId | Fluid project unique ID. |
ActivityRef | The project external reference. |
Id | The impact Fluid unique ID. |
ShortId | Fluid's short Id for the impact. |
Title | The impact title. |
Type | The impact type - Risk, Issue, Change, Lessons Learned or Relationship. |
SubType | The impact sub-type. |
Status | The status of the impact - Open/Closed |
Impact | The severity of the Impact |
Probability | The impact probability |
Risk Rating | The impact rating of potential severity and likelihood |
DueDate | The date the impact needs to be resolved by. |
ResolutionDate | Alternate resolution date if different to the due date. |
RAGStatus | The RAG status of the impact. |
Strapline | The RAG status strapline. |
StatusDate | The date of the RAG status entry. |
Owner | The name of the impact owner. |
OwnerId | The username of the impact owner. |
ImpactDescription | The detailed description of the impact. |
Mitigation | The actions to be taken to mitigate the impact on the project. |
DependentOn | The title of the project the impact is dependent on. |
DependentOnId | The Fluid unique ID of the project the impact is dependent on. |
Promoted | The impact Reported flag value - NotPromoted, ToDashboard, Parent or Program. You can find more about the Reported flag here. |
Created | The date the impact was created on. |
Modified | The date the impact was last updated. |
CreatedBy | The name of the user who created the impact. |
CreatedById | The Fluid ID of the user who created the impact. |
CreatedByRef | The username of the user who created the impact. |
ModifiedBy | The name of the user who last updated the impact. |
ModifiedById | The Fluid ID of the user who last updated the impact. |
ModifiedByRef | The username of the user who last updated the impact. |
