Project Benefits

The Benefits export file lists both qualitative and quantitative benefits of a project and its associated sub-projects. The export provides project managers with the visibility over the value allocation of both resource & non-resource benefit types. 

Project Benefits can be downloaded from Project Workspaces or Project Dashboards.

Description

Finance Type

The benefit type. Indicates whether the benefit is a Resourcing or Non Resourcing record.

Benefit Type 

The type of benefit, whether Qualitative or Quantitative. 

Fiscal Year

The year the benefit applies to.

StartDate

The date that the benefit starts being realised.

Type

The benefit subtype. 

Status

The benefit status, i.e. whether the benefit is open or closed. 

Project

The project title the benefit applies to. 

ProjectId

Fluid unique project ID.

ProjectRef

The project external reference. 

ProjectStatus

The current project status.

ParentProject

The Top Parent project of the project in the project hierarchy.

ParentProjectId

The unique ID of the Top Parent project. 

ParentProjectRef

The Top Parent project external reference. 

Title

The benefit title. 

Description

The benefit description. 

Classification

This column is only applicable to Resourcing benefits and represents the name of rate card applied to the benefit.

This column only applies to Quantitative Resourcing benefits.

Taxon

The additional categorisation of benefits. 

Currency

The currency code the benefit value is in.

This column only applies to Quantitative Non Resourcing benefits.

Allocation

The benefit resource allocation value.

This column only applies to Quantitative Resourcing benefits.

Value

The benefit amount for the fiscal year in the default currency.

LocalValue

The benefit amount in the currency the benefit was entered in.

This column only applies to Quantitative Non Resourcing benefits.

RestatedValue

The benefit amount in the restated currency.

ExpenseCategory

The expense category the benefit applies to.

This column only applies to Quantitative Non Resourcing benefits.

ExpenseType

The expense type the benefit applies to.

This column only applies to Quantitative Non Resourcing benefits.

Portfolio

The portfolio the benefit applies to.

This column only applies to Quantitative Resourcing benefits.

SubPortfolio

The subportfolio the benefit applies to.

This column only applies to Quantitative Resourcing benefits.

CostCentre

The cost centre the benefit applies to.

Probability

The likelihood of the benefit occurring – High, Medium or Low.

Owner

The name of the owner. 

OwnerId

The Fluid ID of the owner. 

OwnerRef

The username of the owner. 

ActionDate

The date of when the acknowledgement status was sent to the owner of the benefit. 

ActionStatus

The status of the acknowledgement sent to the owner of the benefit. 

RAGStatus

The RAG status of the entry - specify between RedAmber or Green.

Strapline

The RAG status strapline.

StatusDate

The RAG status date.

CreatedBy

The name of the user who created the benefit.

CreatedById

The Fluid ID of the user who created the benefit.

CreatedByRef

The username of the user who created the benefit.

LastModifiedBy

The name of user that last updated the benefit.

LastModifiedByID

The Fluid ID of the user that last updated the benefit. 

LastModifiedByRef

The username of the user that last updated the benefit. 

LastModified

The date that the benefit was last updated.

Baseline

N/A

BenefitId

The benefit unique ID in Fluid.

Guid

Fluid Global Unique Identifier for the benefit.

AU. Onwards

Project benefits custom properties that have been set to Reportable.
