Answer: You can use the bulk edit feature to reinstate an archived project by following these steps:

1. Access the Financial Admin Page:

   • Download the Archived Projects file. This file contains all projects that have been archived in your instance.
     
     

     

2. Download the Project Details File:

   • This file contains information about active and inactive projects.
     
     

     

3. Modify the Project Status:

   • Open the Archived Projects file.

   • Locate the row corresponding to the project you want to reinstate.

   • Copy this row and paste it as a new row in the Project Details file.

   • Update the Status column from Archived to Active for the required project in the Project Details file.
     

     

4. Save and Upload the Updated File:

   • Save the Project Details file with the changes.

   • Upload the modified file using the Upload option in the Project Details section on the Financial Admin page.
     
     

     

5. Verify the Project Status:

   • Once uploaded, the project will be reinstated as Active.

   • You can search for it using the Global Search option to access it again.
