Actions & Decisions: Export to Excel

Export action dashboard items Excel from your meetings, projects, teamspaces or 'My Items' dashboard to interrogate and manipulate action, decision and task information off-line.   

The export is available from: 

Except for My Items page, you can find the Export to Excel functionality in the left hand navigation bar. On My Items page, you will find in the the Tools menu (top right corner).

If extracting from My Items the export will start immediately.... 

For Meeting Dashboards, Project Workspaces and Workhubs you will be presented with a drop-down list of various extract options. 

Select the extract called Dashboard Actions.


NOTE:

  • Downloads will only extract the items that are included in the current filtered view. To extract all items on a dashboard make sure no filters are applied.

  • On Project Workspaces and Teamspaces extracts will include items from all linked meetings and boards as well.

Column & Title

Description

A. Type

The type of action. This includes:

  • Action

  • Decision

  • Message

  • Handshake - any acknowledgments of ownership on red/amber project status, project impacts, etc.

  • ... or if the item is a board task column will contain the name of the board it belongs to.

B. ShortId

Fluid's short ID for the item.

C. Title

The item title.

D. DueDate

The date on which the item is due.

E. Priority

The priority of the item – High, Medium or Low.

F. Status

The status of the item. Possible values include:

  • Action: Request, Not Started, In Progress, Completed or Rejected

  • Decision: Request, Conditional, Approved or Rejected

  • Message: Request or Acknowledged

  • Handshake: Request, Approved or Rejected

  • Board task: status values will vary depending on the specified/customised columns of the board that the task comes from.

G. Theme

Theme if the item. 

H. Impact 

Relevant for Board Tasks. Impact is the amount of business value stakeholders attribute to the task getting done. The higher the score, the more valuable to the business. All other items default to a value of '1'.

I. Points

Relevant for Board Tasks. Points is the complexity, or amount of effort, the delivery team feels is associated with the task. The higher the score, the more complex the task. All other items do not have points associated with them

J. Description

The description that has been included on the item in the description text box.

K. PercentComplete

% complete of the item.

L. Owner

The name of the person, meeting, project or board that the item belongs to.

M. OwnerId

The Fluid unique ID of the person, meeting, project or board that the item belongs to.

N. OwnerRef

The Fluid reference for the person, meeting, project or board that the item belongs to.

O. AssignedTo

The names of the item assignees.

P. AssignedToID

The Fluid unique ID for assignees - their account username.

Q. Created

The date the item was created.

R. Modified

The date the item was last edited/modified.

S. ClosedDate

The date the item was closed/completed.

T. ResponseComment

Any comments that have been added to the item.

U. RAGStatus

The RAG status update of the item (if RAG reporting on items is turned on for the instance)

V. StatusUpdate

The latest formal status update on the item - can be added by using the natural language command/Status when adding a comment to an item in chat.

W. StatusUpdateDate

The date the status update was made.

X. ModifiedBy 

The person who last made updates/changes to the item.

Y. ModifiedId

The system ID for the person who last made updates/changes to the item.

Z. ModifiedByRef

The Fluid unique ID for the person who last made updates/changes to the item - their account username.

AA. CreatedBy

The person who created the item.

AB. CreatedById

The system ID for the person who created the item.

AC. CreatedByRef

The Fluid unique ID for the person who created the item - their account username.
