How do I create a new profile role?

How do I create a new role to assign to resources (or users) in Fluid? E.g. Developer, Test Engineer, Electrician.
Answer:
You can create a new profile role to assign to resources in their user profile by navigating to 'Data Administration' > 'Metadata Management' (Under the 'Data Administration' section), clicking on 'Profile Views' from the list on the left and clicking the 'New' button.
Add the name of the role in the dialogue text box and then click the 'Save' button.
Note: You must have the 'Data Administrator' role or be an an 'Application Administrator' to access the 'Metadata Management' page.
Creating a New Role
To create a new role, follow the steps below:
Go to 'Administration Console' > 'Data Administration'.
Click on 'Metadata Management' under the 'Data Administration' section.
On the left hand list, click 'Profile Roles' > 'Add New'.
Type the role name and click 'Save'.
This role will now be available to assign to a resource in the user profile.
