Question:
I have uploaded a meeting minutes templates. Why is it not available to use?

Answer: When you upload custom a meeting minutes template (Administration Console > Reporting Templates), by default it uploads as a draft.

You will need to make sure that you have set the correct template 'Type' and set the 'Status' as 'Approved' before it is available for use.

Steps

Once your report template document has been uploaded to the Reporting Templates page (Administration Console > Reporting Templates > 'Add a Template' >'Add Document'), you will need to:

  1. Click on the 'Edit' pencil icon for that template.

  1. Within the dialogue that pops up, ensure that you:

    • Select the correct template 'Type' e.g. Meeting Minutes Template, Dashboard Template; this will define the type of template and where it should be available.

    • Set the 'Status' as 'Approved'; this will make the template available for use.

  1. Click the 'Save' button on the dialogue.

  2. The template will now be available to use for exporting populated reports.
