27th November Patch Release
Fixes
Resource Dashboard: When Exclude Non Project Hours From Resource Dashboard Forecasts is enabled, the non-project time for open months now correctly displays as blank, preventing misleading allocation values.
Project Schedule: Fixed an issue where projects with no schedule plan were incorrectly flagged as Behind Schedule.
Resource Allocation Reporting: Improved memory handling for the Resource Allocation report, including optimisations to the ResourcingAllocationExportHandler for more efficient processing.

Fixes
Financials Actuals Upload: When Show Capitalisation is turned off, the CapEx Percentage and Amortisation Period fields are no longer included in the download template and are no longer required during upload.
Project Benefits: The Owner column in the benefits upload template now correctly uses the custom label defined for the Project Owner field.
Executive Roadmap Dashboard: Removed the Full Page view option from the Schedule Executive Roadmap as not applicable.

Program Baselines: Fixed an issue where baseline forecasts were not rolling up correctly from all sub-projects within a programme.
Community Allocation: Corrected the roll-up logic so that actuals now appear in the month timesheets were posted to, rather than the month the actuals were processed.

Fixes
Resource Division & Department Management: Fixed an issue with saving divisions with duplicate keys. Deletion has also been corrected so that divisions or departments can be removed even when resources are assigned only at that level and not at the team level.

Project Dashboards
Fixed an issue where custom property values containing commas created unintended new filter options when saving a dashboard.
Resolved a problem where removing a filter from the filter bar at the top of the dashboard did not correctly update the filter list on the left. Filters could become out of sync, reapplying themselves unexpectedly when unticked. Filtering behaviour is now fully aligned across both areas.
Jira Integration
Added a 1-second delay to subtask queries to handle Jira rate-limiting more reliably.
Fluid’s Jira integration now supports Jira Service Accounts, allowing organisations to use a dedicated, secure service user for API communication. This improves security, auditability, and overall best-practice alignment for enterprise integrations.
Board Workspace: Corrected the counting logic for Multi-Option custom property values. The workspace now counts each selected value individually, rather than treating the group of selected values as a single item.

Meetings: Fixed an issue where meeting action assignees did not have edit permissions on their assigned actions.
Actions Management: Improved performance and stability when reordering actions by refactoring the background processing logic to open a new database connection per thread.
Custom Properties: Fixed a binding error that occurred in the UI when saving Option or Multi-Option lists as shared lists.

Fixes
Project Workspace: Fixed an issue where the project selector displayed a person icon instead of a project icon when linking a sub-project.
Project Creation: Resolved a problem where the Project Type dropdown incorrectly showed “No Data Found” when creating a new project.
Impacts & Risk Reporting: Corrected an issue where the Risk Matrix and Risk Rating charts did not display all impacts if the defined weight values were not sequential.
Boards: Fixed a bug that prevented tasks from being moved between groups when a Kanban board was grouped by a Date-type custom property.

Fixes
Business Drivers: Fixed an issue where Business Driver names could not be created or edited — the display name field was incorrectly disabled when opening the create or edit dialog.
PDF Export: Updated PDF printing to use the URL parameter when provided, instead of defaulting to base64.
Catalog Types: Resolved an issue preventing a catalog type from being deleted if no custom properties had been added for this type.
Financial Data Export (FDE): The Phase column now correctly returns the project’s current phase.

Enhancement
Project Health Dashboards: A new Business Driver column has been added to the Health Summary table, along with a Group by Business Driver option across all dashboard views. This enhancement makes it easier to review project performance and alignment in the context of your organisation’s key business priorities.

Financials Actuals Bulk Edit: You can now include a capitalisation percentage when uploading actual costs through the Financial Actuals Bulk Edit file. Previously, capitalisation for actuals could only be set via the Non-Resource Actuals & Forecast upload. This enhancement provides a consistent way to record and manage capitalisable costs across both upload methods.
Community Allocation: Community Grid edit allocation menu on last item in the list was not visible
Project Phases: fixed an issue where the project current phase was not always correctly calculated.
