Inactive Resource Allocations Export
The Inactive Resource Allocation report helps organisations identify project forecast allocations that still exist against resources marked as inactive. These allocations can distort forward-looking forecasts and financial reporting if they are not reviewed and removed.
The report lists all inactive resources that have project forecast allocations in the current month and upcoming months, making it easier for finance teams to identify and clean up data that is no longer valid.
Who can access this report
This report is available to Financial Administrators only, as it supports financial governance and forecast accuracy.
Where to find the report
Financial Administrators can download the report from the Financial Administration page:
Navigate to Financial Administration.
Go to the Financial Upload and Reporting section.
Select Inactive Resource Allocation to download the report.
Field Description
Column Heading | Description |
Category | Indicates whether the resource record represents a Forecast or Actuals amount |
Year | The financial year the resource record is posted to |
Month | The month the resource forecast is posted to |
Cost Centre | The cost centre associated with the resource |
Reference | The external reference of the project the resource is allocated to |
ProjectStatus | The current status of the project |
Name | The name of the project the resource allocation applies to |
Task | The role the resource is assigned to on the project |
Financial Reference | The financial reference associated with the resource allocation |
Hours | The resource’s allocated effort, expressed in hours |
Allocation | The resource’s allocation expressed as headcount (FTE) |
Amount | The forecast amount calculated using the resource's rate card |
Rate | The hourly rate applied from the rate card |
Resource | The resource name |
ResourceId | Fluid's unique identifier for the resource |
ResourceRef | The resource's username |
ResourceReference | The resource's unique reference |
Engagement Type | The resource's engagement type |
Detail | The description associated with the resource community plan |
Classification | The rate card assigned to the resource on the resource record. |
Expense Category | The expense category defined on the rate card. |
Expense Type | The expense type defined on the rate card. |
Project | The name of the project the resource allocation applies to. |
ProjectId | The unique identifier of the project the resource is allocated to. |
ProjectRef | The external reference of the project the resource is allocated to. |
