Fluid Feature Guide
Feature Flags in Fluid are configuration switches that allow administrators to enable, disable, or tune specific platform capabilities without requiring a code deployment. Each flag targets a defined area of the product and can be toggled from the Administration Console.
This article provides a summary of every available feature flag, grouped by functional area, so that administrators and end users can understand what each flag controls and how it affects day-to-day use of the platform.
Note: Feature flags that begin with Disable or Hide are typically on by default and turn off a behaviour when enabled. Flags that begin with Allow, Show, or Enable activate an additional capability when switched on. If a flag is missing from the configuration table it defaults to enabled – contact your administrator if you are unsure of the current state of any flag in your environment.
Actions and Notifications
This group governs how action items are presented and how users are alerted when tasks, meetings, or chat events require their attention. Turning flags in this area on or off directly affects the visibility of status indicators and the volume of automated reminder emails sent by the platform.
