What visibility do others have if I link a private Board to a WorkHub or shared workspace?
Question:
What visibility do others have if I link a private Board to a WorkHub or shared workspace?
Answer:
If a board is private, only Owners can find it and link it to a WorkHub, project or other shared workspace. Only those with permissions to manage or view the board or tasks can see the task details.
Please note that Application Admins can see the existence of a private board, but cannot access it unless they are an owner, member or viewer.
What other WorkHubs Owners, Facilitators and Members can see:
Board name
Owner name
Number of columns
Number of sub boards
Number of tasks
Total 'Points' across tasks
This is what they will see in the WorkHub:
What other WorkHubs Owners, Facilitators and Members cannot see:
Board or backlog - they will get an access denied message
They cannot see any of the board tasks
For those with permissions to see the board, they will see the board tasks listed in the 'Actions and Decisions log'
